  • 1/4 teacup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 teacup honey
  • black pepper
  • salt

For the salad:

  • fresh peaches
  • 150gr Halloumi cheese
  • arugula
  • spinach

  • red onion

  • 1/3 cup ricotta
  • 1 tsp fresh oregano
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme

  • 6 radishes
