You Order --> We Process Your Order --> Your Clothes Arrive In Our Warehouse For Final Quality Inspection --> If All Good, We Ship It Out!

*If clothing does not pass our quality inspection, we will request our factory to manufacture a new set.

More Info About Tracking Order Number

For every purchase that you make with our store, our logistic carriers have to issue a tracking order number.

So that you (our customers) know where, location wise, the clothes are being located as they arebeing transported on boat / air / land.

This tracking number will be issued to you once the order has finished processing.

It will be issued via email. (The same one you keyed into your order purchase)

You can see where your package is located by putting the tracking number into our 'track my order' page.

Shipping Times

*NOTICE - 2023 Lunar New Year period: Orders made between 16 January 2023 and 30 January 2023 to expect delivery by March 2023*

You Order --> 5-8 Day Processing --> estimated 15-20 Days Delivery Time (Please refer to the below tables of an estimate of delivery times; days refer to working days excluding public holidays and weekends)

Upon making an order, kindly allow5-8 working days for your order to be processed and confirmed. Processing is required because we need to source the clothing and ship them from the factory to our central warehouse.

Your order will be marked as completed and a tracking number will be issued via email.

Inserting Your Phone Number During Checkout

During the checkout process, you can insert your phone number when checking out. We recommend this so that your phone number can be passed to our logistics carrier.

This is in the event that you are not at home during the shipping process, the carrier (eg. USPS) can still contact you to ensure your shipment gets delivered to you.

We have had customers in the past that had issues with their packages because they did not include their phone number.

When our logistics courier tried to deliver the package, the customer was not home and we could not contact them.

Hence we mandate that every order requires a phone number.

Ordering Multiple Pieces

Please note that you may receive your items in separate packages if you order more than 1 piece at a time.

Custom Taxes On Shipment

The customer is considered the importer of the purchased products hence, will be responsible for any applicable customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any other customs-related fees. Customs policies may vary by country and Unnie Looks does not make any guarantee should shipments not be or be subjected to customs-related fees. You may wish to contact your local customs office for more information on applicable customs-related fees.

In addition to the above mentioned, customers may incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to liaise and pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment - where applicable.

Rejecting A Parcel Due To Custom Taxes

Should customers refuse a package due to customs-related costs and issues, Unnie Looks will not be held responsible for any fee processing, refund or reshipment of refused package. Customers are required to settle with the local customs office accordingly.

Before we ship out your product, we do a quality control check on your products.

We always do...

1. A quality check on the product before packing it into our ziploc bags✅

2. Issue a tracking number to ensure that our factory staff have pushed out your product to our logistic partners✅

3. Have a support team that is ready to answer your enquiries✅

In the event you are unsatisfied with the product due to the below reasons:

• Item was faulty or defective when received
• A different size/color item was received
• Incorrect item was received

Please follow the instructions below to process a return:

1.Do kindly drop our Customer Team an email atsupport@unnielooks.comfor further assistance within 30 days of receiving the item.

Title the subject line of your email with <CUSTOMER NAME + ORDER NUMBER> --- Return/Refund

2.Please provide names of items and the reason for return/refund/exchange, attached with images. We appreciate clearpictures of the defective part and/or yourself wearing the product (to show which part is defective).

We regret to inform that shouldthe photos be unclear or we are unable to identify the issue, we will turn down the return request.

3. You will be issued instructions on how to send the product to our warehouse after we haveaccepted your returns request.

Once you have returned the product and our warehouse has receivedthe item in hand, we will process the refund. If you have paid through Paypal, we will receive your money within 6-10 working days. If you have paid using a standard card like VISA or <Mstercard, please allow up to 7working days for the refund to beprocessed and successful.

**Do kindly note that all return deliveries are to our warehouse located in China.
